1. This build of Windows 8 has an "IE10 mode" that isn't even mentioned on BetaWiki.
2. If you move a tile in some manner on the Start screen, the Start screen may get messed up. This can be fixed by opening the Search charm and typing something random then pressing Backspace and closing the Search charm.
3. There's an iediag.exe file located at "\Program Files\Internet Explorer" in this build. If you import this executable and its other required files to Windows 7 or 8.1 it will work.
